Coaching sessions are conducted in person (if you live in Manila) or by phone (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime, Skype). For the most growth, a minimum three-month commitment or 5-session package is recommended. The 10-session package that lasts five to six months is best for transformative change.
If we decide to work together after the Free Strategy Consultation, you can schedule your coaching sessions every week to every month, depending on your budget and needs. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes in length.
Your 5-session and 10-session coaching package includes:
Payment is required upfront. Payment is accepted in cash (after the Free Strategy Consultation but before the first session), or via check deposit to the coach’s bank account (to be provided upon confirmation).
There are no long-term commitments. You can leave at any time if you're not getting a ton of value out of every single session. However, if you're serious about achieving your specific goals, I suggest you make a mental commitment to yourself for at least three months of coaching.
I work with individual clients:
Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends, 10:00 am-5:00 pm
Other days and times, by appointment.
I am usually available for our first session a week or two after your initial inquiry.
