Coaching Schedule & Fees

Coaching sessions are conducted in person (if you live in Manila) or by phone (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime, Skype). For the most growth, a minimum three-month commitment or 5-session package is recommended. The 10-session package that lasts five to six months is best for transformative change.

 

If we decide to work together after the Free Strategy Consultation, you can schedule your coaching sessions every week to every month, depending on your budget and needs. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes in length.

 

Your 5-session and 10-session coaching package includes:

  • Two to four sessions per month, meeting every week or every other week
  • In between sessions, you may message me through SMS or email. And you may make up to two 5-10 minute phone calls for urgent matters.
  • A personalized action plan and self-care program
  • Confidentiality
  • Freedom to ask and share anything you want

Payment is required upfront. Payment is accepted in cash (after the Free Strategy Consultation but before the first session), or via check deposit to the coach’s bank account (to be provided upon confirmation).

 

There are no long-term commitments. You can leave at any time if you're not getting a ton of value out of every single session. However, if you're serious about achieving your specific goals, I suggest you make a mental commitment to yourself for at least three months of coaching.

 

I work with individual clients:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm

Other days, by appointment.

 
I am usually available for our first session a week or two after your initial inquiry
